Bubble Hills recognizes the right of withdrawal established by law for Consumer Clients, in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, without the need to provide any reason.
This right must be exercised within 14 days from the delivery of the products, subject to the exclusions listed below.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a clear communication via email to: info@bubblehills.com.
Bubble Hills will provide the Customer with all the necessary instructions to correctly return the products.
Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, the sales contract is terminated. The Customer must return the products to Bubble Hills within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal communication.
Products are considered returned when they reach Bubble Hills.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused and the withdrawal will have no effect.
Once the products have been received and verified, Bubble Hills will refund the Customer the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund will be made to the payer.
In accordance with Article 56 of the Consumer Code, Bubble Hills may withhold the refund until the products have been received or proof of their return has been provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

Customized or made to the Customer’s specifications

Sealed and opened after delivery

Damaged or deteriorated after delivery

Likely to deteriorate rapidly
