Bubble Hills ships to Italy, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union.

Orders destined for Italy and European Union countries are shipped from warehouses located within the European Union. Orders destined for the United Kingdom are shipped from a local warehouse located in the United Kingdom.

Orders are generally shipped within a few business days after order confirmation and are usually delivered within approximately 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, except in cases of delays caused by the courier, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Delivery is free for all orders of at least 12 bottles (two cartons).Orders below this quantity cannot be accepted.

Shipments are carried out through specialized logistics operators and courier services selected by Bubble Hills, ensuring proper handling and safe transportation of the products.

The courier usually makes two delivery attempts at the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at the nearest courier distribution center or returned to the sender according to the courier’s procedures.

Any extra costs caused by incorrect addresses or uncollected packages will be borne by the Customer.

Alcoholic products sold on the Bubble Hills website may only be purchased by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

The courier responsible for delivery may request a valid form of identification to verify the age of the recipient. If age verification cannot be completed, delivery may be refused.

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact and not visibly damaged.

If the products are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, the Customer must contact Bubble Hills within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@bubblehills.com, including the order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the products or packaging.

Bubble Hills will provide instructions for product replacement or, where applicable, a refund.
