Bubble Hills sells wine products and related accessories.
Product availability is subject to order confirmation. Bubble Hills reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability or payment issues.
Orders must be placed online via the Bubble Hills website.
Bubble Hills confirms the acceptance of the order via email.
If the payment is unsuccessful, Bubble Hills reserves the right to cancel the order.
Product prices are shown in euros (€) and pounds (£) and include VAT.

All payments are processed by secure third-party providers and are received on a foreign account registered to Prosecco Caffè, a company affiliated with Bubble Hills.
Bubble Hills does not collect sensitive payment data but receives confirmation when the payment is successful.
If a credit card payment fails or is declined, Bubble Hills is not obliged to process the order and reserves the right to request reimbursement of any related costs or damages.
After the order is completed, Prosecco Caffè will issue the invoice based on the information provided by the Customer during purchase, unless the order is canceled.
A copy of the invoice will be sent to the Customer’s email address.
⚠️ Note: Even if the invoice is issued by Prosecco Caffè, all rights regarding withdrawal, refund, and customer support are guaranteed by Bubble Hills.
Bubble Hills ships to Italy, the United Kingdom, and EU countries.
Orders are delivered by couriers within 5–7 business days from shipment.
Deliveries are carried out by specialized logistics providers, ensuring the safety and integrity of the products.
The courier usually makes two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at the nearest distribution center and must be collected by the recipient.
Alcoholic Products
Alcoholic products cannot be delivered to individuals under 18 years of age.
The courier may require identification to verify the recipient’s age.
All consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to info@bubblehills.com. Bubble Hills will provide instructions for returning the product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Bubble Hills will refund the amount using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise requested by the Customer.
If products arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, the Customer must contact info@bubblehills.com within 14 days of delivery, providing the order number, description of the issue, and photos of the products.
Bubble Hills will provide instructions for the return or refund.
Bubble Hills guarantees the quality of the products sold.
It is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or transport after delivery.
